We had stayed here before and loved it, but this time was a total mess. They lost our reservation, and we ended up in a dirty, old room. The front desk lady was rude and unhelpful, saying we should find another place if we didn't like it. On the plus side, the room was clean once we got settled, and the in-room breakfast was nice.
